CEI, the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation, is a community-based facility at GateWay Community College. With funding from the US Economic Development Agency, City of Phoenix and Maricopa Community College District, CEI provides targeted business services and proactive business support to create a systematic link between:

- Education and training, interns, coaching and business counseling
The 18,000-square-foot facility, located in the Discovery Triangle on the GateWay Community College campus, is a mixed-use, non-retail business incubator.

- 35 office suites ranging in size from 224 to 650 square feet
- 40% wet lab/bio suites

CEI provides business incubation programs and services to both resident clients and non-resident “affiliate” clients and makes available many of its business development and entrepreneurship programs to the community.
