Facilities

CEI is a state-of-the-art, high-tech incubator facility. Our 18,000-square-foot facility is located on the northwest corner of the GateWay Community College campus. We are centrally located with access to light rail (stops at the campus) and Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Here, clients can benefit from our business services and rent affordable furnished office and/or laboratory space. Our facility also provides shared office equipment and administrative support services, as well as several conference rooms and spaces to host real-world trainings for entrepreneurs and quality networking.

CEI's facilities include:

  • Furnished offices/suites with pre-wired Internet, network, phone jacks and power (incl., uninterrupted power and 220v outlets)
  • 8 fully furnished "wet labs" with negative/positive air hoods, OSHA safety and waste handling overflow filtration
  • Fully-secured building with 24/7 key card reader access - Each suite has it's own access, and the office suite facility "wings" are also key card access secure
  • Free Parking

Shared and collaborative amenities: Large flexibly configurable conference room with LifeSize® video conferencing, DVD/BlueRay, PC presentation (VGA or HDMI inputs), audio conferencing, and multiple additional data ports; 2 (two) smaller conference rooms with 70-inch monitors, multiple data inputs, audio conferencing and portable LifeSize® video conferencing units; fully-furnished break room with refrigerator, microwave, vending machines and fully-configured video/audio conferencing with 2 (two) 70-inch monitors; high-speed copy/fax/printer, color printer; restrooms; high speed wireless for guests throughout the facility; presentation and display monitors throughout the facility; open collaborative spaces with 70-inch monitors and smart white boards

Space is available on a year-to-year basis for approved CEI Resident clients. Affiliate clients have access to shared amenities. Lease rates are all inclusive of facilities, programs, mentors and business development programs. Units range in size from about 224 to 650 square feet.
